The Erie County Health Department, Erie County ADAMHS Board, and Firelands Health are asking Erie County residents to take a few minutes to fill out the new Community Health Assessment survey. The anonymous survey will help us better understand the needs of Erie County residents so that we can create programs and services that will benefit you.
