The Erie County Health Department’s Compass Point Senior Enrichment Center provides adult day services for individuals struggling with Alzheimer’s and Dementia. The facility has Enhanced Certification from the Ohio Department of Aging, and can also provide Occupational, Physical and Speech therapy to program participants.
Compass Point is located at 795 Bardshar Road in Sandusky and works with Passport, VA, Medicare/Medicaid and most private insurance programs. As part of our commitment to enhancing the well-being of seniors in the area, we also offer transportation services. Individuals who live within a 30-mile radius of Sandusky, Ohio are eligible for transportation services; For most individuals participating in Compass Point services, the Passport Waiver program through Erie County Job & Family Services covers transportation costs, however, each participant must apply to that program.
Hours are Monday – Thursday, 7:00am – 5:00 pm, following ECHD’s Federal Holiday schedule. See our calendar for daily activities and meal plans.
