Our medical team consists of doctors and nurses specializing in addiction medicine, providing round-the-clock care to ensure safety and comfort. Medication management is integrated as needed to stabilize physical and mental health conditions, setting a strong foundation for recovery.
What to bring
• Photo ID
• Insurance card
• Unopened cigarette packs
• Phone charger (Mobile phones are not permitted in the facility. They will be stored in your locker and returned to you upon discharge)
• Prescribed medication (All medication must be in the most recent bottle provided by the pharmacy indicating your name. No medication organizers will be allowed in the facility.)
What not to bring
• Vape pens/e-cigs/chewing tobacco
• Extra clothing/luggage (all clothing will be provided for you during your stay)
• Blankets/pillows
• Large amounts of money (all money will be stored for you during your stay)
• Toiletries
• Electronics
• Jewelry (The Erie County Health Department is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal and/or jewelry items. You may store them in your locker while you are here.)
• Food/beverages (all meals and snacks are provided on site)
