SAFE COMMUNITIES

The focus of the Safe Communities Coalition is to reduce accident injuries and fatalities on Erie County’s roads. To do this, we work in partnership with community organizations and agencies on traffic safety education.

Our mission is to:

  • Increase seat belt use and awareness.
  • Decrease impaired driving.
  • Provide resources and education on safe driving/motorcycle practices.
  • Raise traffic safety awareness through interventions, campaigns, events, and social media.
