It is with great pleasure that I present the Erie County Health Department
(ECHD)/ Erie County Community Health Center (ECCHC) 2023-2025
Strategic Plan. This plan, which will guide our efforts over the next three
years, is the culmination of several years of assessing the needs of our
community, planning and implementing sustainable efforts, and
evaluating the success of our programs. Our Strategic Plan acts as a
roadmap for the future and is intended to be a living document that
guides our efforts, drives alignment with state and local plans, and sparks
innovation at every level.
