Will I be able to have my cell phone in Kaptur?
Cell phones have the potential to be both a distraction and a trigger. We want you to be focused and engaged while managing your crisis. Therefore, we do not permit cell phones. We will store your phone in your locker while you are here. If you need to communicate with family, loved ones, your employer, etc., please let us know and a phone call can be arranged at the discretion of our clinical staff.
Will I be allowed to have visitors?
For the same reasons we do not allow cell phones, we also do not allow visitors during your stay. Clinical staff will facilitate a family team meeting as part of your care plan/discharge planning.
Can I have items dropped off to me?
