The Erie County Health Department’s Kaptur-Rogowski House believes that crisis stabilization is a critical emergent healthcare issue that requires immediate treatment. Therefore, we do not book appointments in advance or reserve beds. If you believe you are in need of our services, please call us at (567) 730-3900. Our staff will inform you of available beds; all beds are available on a first come – first served basis.
Prior to admission you will be asked to complete a pre-admission screening. This can be done upon arrival, or you may complete the form in advance by clicking on the link to your right. Once you have arrived, an intake assessment will be conducted to determine the most appropriate care for you at this time (*please note: an intake assessment is not a guarantee of admission to Kaptur-Rogowski House as some individuals may not be appropriate for admission here). If you require a higher or lower level of care than we are able to provide, we will make arrangements to refer you to the provider of your choosing. Please make sure your transportation does not leave our facility until your admission is confirmed.
