This partnership will provide free books to children enrolled in the WIC program, fostering a love of reading from an early age.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As one of only 10 WIC locations statewide to receive this honor, the Norwalk WIC office has<br>established a dedicated reading space to encourage early literacy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe are thrilled to partner with the Imagination Library of Ohio,\u201d said Andrea Caudill, WIC Director for Erie-Huron Counties. \u201cEarly literacy is crucial for a child\u2019s development, and this program will help ensure that every child in our community has access to books and the opportunity to develop a lifelong love of reading.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reading aloud to children is a powerful tool that can help them develop language skills, improve vocabulary, and boost cognitive development. It also strengthens the bond between parent and child.
