The event, held at Sandusky Intermediate School, provided a wide range of health screenings, dental check-ups, and immunizations, offering attendees comprehensive healthcare under one roof.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thrive Together brought together the various divisions of ECHD, including the Erie County<br>Community Health Center, behavioral health, dental, lead hazard control, healthy homes, and environmental health, highlighting the diverse array of services available to community members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From mental health resources to dental services, individuals had the opportunity to access vital healthcare in a supportive and welcoming environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beyond medical care, Thrive Together served as a platform for community connections and resources through ECHD\u2019s grants division. Attendees also received valuable employment opportunities, empowering them to thrive both physically and economically.<br>The impact of Thrive Together was profound, with over 350 families benefitting from health services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;As an agency dedicated to offering healthcare for the whole family, Thrive Together exemplified our commitment to accessible healthcare and community empowerment,&#8221; said Pete Schade, Health Commissioner, ECHD. &#8220;We are thrilled to have provided vital services and resources to our community members and look forward to organizing similar events in the future.&#8221;<br>Thrive Together represents ECHD&#8217;s ongoing efforts to make healthcare accessible for all<br>residents of Erie County.
