defunci\u00f3n para su archivo electr\u00f3nico. Esto significa que la solicitud firmada del certificado de defunci\u00f3n puede ser enviada por correo electr\u00f3nico a <a href=\"mailto:vsdc@echdohio.org\">vsdc@echdohio.org<\/a> rellenando el formulario de solicitud. Nuestra oficina revisar\u00e1 la solicitud y la aceptar\u00e1 o rechazar\u00e1 en el plazo de un d\u00eda laborable. Una vez aceptada, nuestra oficina confirmar\u00e1 que el certificado puede recogerse o enviarse por correo.<\/p><p>Otros departamentos de salud locales de Ohio tambi\u00e9n se est\u00e1n sumando a esta iniciativa.
