Yes. We accept Medicaid and most Medicaid HMOs, including Buckeye, United Healthcare, Care Source, Molina and Paramount. We also accept Guardian and Delta Dental as well as a few other private dental insurances. Please call your insurance carrier to check that we are a provider for your insurance.
We are not a free dental clinic. We offer a sliding fee discount program (based on income) for patients without insurance or who have limited insurance. We can assist with Medicaid applications for those who appear to be eligible. Payment plans are available.
To qualify for the sliding fee discount program, you will be required to fill out an application and provide proof of income for all family members living in your household. Our scheduler will tell you what paperwork you will need to provide to qualify for a reduced fee for services. These may include:
Medicare does not cover dental services. However, if you are on disability, have Medicare Parts A, B, and D and are over the age of 18 years, you may qualify for additional benefits through the +MyCare Ohio Plan.
