The Tobacco Action Coalition serves as a working partnership with the Erie County Health Department’s Tobacco Program Coordinator and stakeholders throughout Erie County. The goal of the group is to identify disparities that arise within the county and how we as professional can help mitigate them. The TAC looks to increase cessation efforts and decrease initiation throughout the county, through collaboration with our stakeholders.
Partner organizations include the Erie County Health Department/Erie County Community Health Center, Grace Episcopal Church, Firelands Health, Sandusky City Schools, The Ohio State University, BGSU Firelands, Sandusky Artisans Regional Recovery Community Center, and the Regional Recovery Consortium.
