Records of completion, courses or seminars provided by licensed physicians, registered nurses, organizations such as the American red cross, accredited learning institutions, appropriate governmental entities, real-time online providers or other authorities recognized by the board of health as being qualified to provide training in the following:
Records of courses or seminars completed in body art offered by authorities recognized by the board of health or a complete resume of work history/experience.
Each body artist under the direct guidance of a peer must have written statements of attestations that the individual has received sufficient training of adequate duration to completely perform body art services.
Apprenticeships shall be given a written clearance: letter, certificate, etc. stating they are competent to perform body art services without direct supervision.
