Our office now accepts death records for electronic filing. This means signed death certificate request can be e-mailed to firstname.lastname@example.org by completing the request form. Our office will review the request and accept or reject within one business day. Once the certificate is accepted our office will confirm that the certificate can be picked up or mailed.
